The Past Couple Months...

Yes...it has been almost two months since I've posted...again. Life just never seems to slow down, does it? Anyway, we have had a couple months full of crazy, but full of memories! In July, we went to Florida with the whole Banwart family! We all stayed in one big house and enjoyed a week just being beach bums!;) It was a great time of relaxation before the next few weeks of crazy kicked in! We enjoyed being with family and miss them all a lot! Here are a few pictures of our time:

Sandcastles with Uncle Drew;)

Paige, Haley, and Ella...don't they look like they could be triplets?!?

How we all felt after a big day on the beach!

We saw about 5 stingrays and 8 dolphins! I don't know why I got back into the water!

When you have 26 people to feed, you need A LOT of groceries!!
We took up quite a bit of the beach;)

Searching for shells one evening

Out for ice cream on our last night!

Reading time and catching some sun!
All of the sisters;)

The girl cousins

Although this isn't the best picture of it, one of our highlights was sculpting a dolphin out of sand! It turned out pretty good and was worth being covered in sand!;)

Anyway, we got back from Florida on a Saturday and left for Leo, IN for the Gateway Woods Auction on Thursday! Talk about constant packing and traveling! We had an awesome time in Indiana helping out with the auction and being with friends and the Knapp family! The weather was incredible! We can forget what anything besides 90 degrees and high humidity feels like sometimes!;) We love going to the Gateway auction and can't wait to go again next year!

Waiting for our parents to get out of a meeting for the auction...we had been waiting awhile...;)

Of course, being with the Stollers was wonderful as always! The three of us girls matched, so we needed a picture!

Anyhow, we haven't done anymore traveling for the last three weeks! We started school 2 weeks ago and have been consumed with that recently. I started some college classes as well, so that is part of the reason that this post is just now being written!;) We also had the open house and dedication for our newly remodeled church this past weekend! We had some great friends and family stay with us for the weekend and enjoyed having them! We hope they continue to come and come often!
Also, I heard this quote by Charles Spurgeon this weekend:

"I kiss the wave that casts me against the Rock of Ages."

This quote has been ringing in my head ever since I heard it. Do I truly love what throws me against Jesus? Do I thank Him for what He brings into my life to purify me and draw me closer to Him? There are so many circumstances in life that are so hard, so painful, but they force us to cling to Christ. They make us more like Him and bring us to rely fully on Jesus. I don't think I usually embrace the trials and see them as a way of growing in and becoming closer to Jesus. Just a few of my thoughts from this past few days...;)
